Transmit PTT Sources
PTT 1 Transmit Triggers Select the trigger signals (CM108 GPIO 1 or Serial RTS) that tell the AIOC to key the transmitter for this channel. (aioc-util: --ptt1 / Register: AIOC_IOMUX0)
PTT 2 Transmit Triggers Select the trigger signals (CM108 GPIO 1 or Serial RTS) that tell the AIOC to key the transmitter for this channel. (aioc-util: --ptt2 / Register: AIOC_IOMUX1)
Audio Configuration
Sets the amplification level for audio incoming from your radio transceiver. 1x Gain is default. (aioc-util: --audio-rx-gain / Register: AUDIO_RX)
Applies a +20 dB boost to the audio sent to your radio's microphone input. Enable this if your transmit audio is too quiet. (aioc-util: --audio-tx-boost / Register: AUDIO_TX)
Auto Squelch (VCOS) & Auto Transmit (VPTT)
Threshold for the Virtual Carrier Operated Squelch. Lower values make it more sensitive to incoming signals. (aioc-util: --vcos-lvlctrl / Register: VCOS_LVLCTRL)
How long the squelch remains open after audio signal stops (squelch tail). (aioc-util: --vcos-timctrl / Register: VCOS_TIMCTRL)
Threshold for Virtual PTT. If the computer output audio exceeds this level, the AIOC will automatically key the transmitter. (aioc-util: --vptt-lvlctrl / Register: VPTT_LVLCTRL)
How long the AIOC keeps transmitting after computer audio stops, to prevent transmitter drops between words. (aioc-util: --vptt-timctrl / Register: VPTT_TIMCTRL)
Standalone Beacon (Foxhunt Mode, v1.4+)
Morse code string sent by the beacon (A-Z, 0-9, and space only). (aioc-util: --foxhunt-message / Registers: FOXHUNT_MSG0 to FOXHUNT_MSG3)
Morse code speed in Words Per Minute. (aioc-util: --foxhunt-wpm / Register: FOXHUNT_CTRL)
Time between automatic Morse beacon transmissions. Set to 0 to disable the beacon completely. (aioc-util: --foxhunt-interval / Register: FOXHUNT_CTRL)
Audio volume for the Morse beacon tone (0 is silent, 65535 is maximum). (aioc-util: --foxhunt-volume / Register: FOXHUNT_CTRL)
USB VID/PID Override (Caution)
Custom USB Vendor ID. (aioc-util: --set-usb / Register: USBID)
Custom USB Product ID. (aioc-util: --set-usb / Register: USBID)

⚠️ Changing USB VID/PID takes effect after reboot. If you change this, your OS/browser will detect a different device.

Connect your AIOC

Device not connected. Connect the AIOC in update mode to program.

How to connect:

  • Automatic (v1.2.0+ firmware): Click Connect AIOC for Update above and select your device in the browser prompt. The app will automatically restart your AIOC into update mode.
  • Manual (Older firmware or unresponsive devices): Unplug the USB cable, short the two hardware DFU pins (labeled BOOT, the two outermost pins), and plug the USB cable back in. (Or, keep the pins shorted and click Restart AIOC on the Configure Settings tab).
⚠️ Stuck in Update Mode? If your device is in update/bootloader mode but the browser fails to connect, simply unplug the USB cable and plug it back in to reboot the AIOC back to normal mode.
❓ Don't see your device or having connection issues?

Here are the most common solutions to get your AIOC connected:

1. Windows Driver Installation (Zadig)

Windows requires a WinUSB driver for the browser to communicate with the device. If your device is not found or fails to connect:

  • Download and run Zadig.
  • Click Options > check List All Devices.
  • Select the target device from the dropdown:
    • If the AIOC is in normal mode: Select AIOC DFU Runtime (Interface 6).
    • If the AIOC is in bootloader/update mode: Select STM32 BOOTLOADER.
  • Select WinUSB in the target driver field (to the right of the green arrow).
  • Click Replace Driver or Install Driver.

💡 Exit Update Mode Tip: If the device is stuck in update mode during driver installation, simply unplug the USB cable and plug it back in to reboot back to normal operation.

2. Manually Enter Firmware Update (DFU) Mode

If the software reboot fails or the device is unresponsive, you can manually trigger update mode:

  1. Unplug the USB cable from the AIOC.
  2. Use a paperclip or tweezers to short (connect) the two bootloader pins on the board (labeled BOOT, which are the two outermost pins).
  3. While holding the pins shorted, plug the USB cable back in. The green LED will remain off (in normal mode, the green LED is dim when plugged in), indicating it has successfully entered DFU mode. You can now release the short and click Connect AIOC for Update.

3. Check Browser Compatibility

Ensure you are using a Chromium-based browser like Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. Firefox, Safari, and Brave (unless Shields are disabled) do not support WebUSB/WebHID.
